Emulsification

Produces diesel & fuel Oil with substantially lower emissions.

Emulsification

Our most popular commercialized product is a patented, water-in-fuel oil emulsification unit. This solution produces fuel oil with substantially lower emissions, higher combustion efficiency and considerable economic savings compared to conventional fuel oil, requiring no retrofitting or large up-front investments.

Since 2002 our technology and it is widely used in Europe. We provide patented emulsion blending units, patented emulsifier additive, and demineralized water to blended with diesel to provide a stable emulsion fuel.

Our Emulsion Fuel Technology Efuel is proven to reduce GHG emissions from heavy construction and road transportation equipment when compared to all other current fuels.

Emulsion Fuel is a Proprietary Patented Technology that mitigates pollution, reduces the volume of diesel, reduces costs, reduces the emissions of nitrogen oxides, CO2 and particulate matters, increases transportability (due to increased flash point) and increases combustion and efficiency in diesel engines.

ECOLOGICAL BENEFITS

  • 50 to 80% – Micro and Macro PM reduction
  • 30 to 50% – CO (Carbon Monoxide) reduction
  • 15 to 30% – NOX (Nitrogen Oxide) reduction
  • Up to 5% – CO2 (Carbon dioxide) reduction

ECONOMICAL BENEFITS

  • Reduces Diesel Consumed
  • Cleans entire fuel system
  • No high and low-temperature corrosion
  • No high and low-temperature deposits
  • Fuel Efficiency improvement
  • Reduces Fuel Costs

E-fuel is compatible with

  • All Current Diesel-powered Equipment
  • All current diesel-powered unit’s including manufacturers that recommend AdBlue
  • White Diesel is compatible with all existing infrastructure.
  • Can be used to improve efficiency of biofuels and remove addition harmful GHG’s.

Our emulsion fuel technology is automated, proven reliable, it reduces fuel cost and reduces the emissions of nitrogen oxides, CO2 and particulate matters, increases transportability (due to increased flash point) and increases combustion and efficiency of diesel engines.
